The Coup Fails, King David Is Restored

It certainly is good to be with you. Well today as we pick up our study in II Samuel 18 & 19 we find the coup has finally been laid to rest. But unfortunately for David his son Absalom had been killed. As David begins to mourn his son, he is admonished to be strong for the sake of the people - and to begin to lead the nation.
